There are 64 reasons to fall in love with Colorado in 2020! That’s the number of counties in our great state, and there is something special to appreciate about every one of them.

There’s Larimer County, home to Fort Collins, a college town boasting exceptional cuisine, and Estes Park, where you can ride the tram to dizzying heights, view phenomenal vistas and feed domestic chipmunks that will eat out of your hand. Denver County is home to one of the finest International Airports in the USA and a world-class Convention Center that draws visitors from around the world.

Boulder County is a delightful mix of traditional, new age, college town and boomtown all rolled together into one of the most unique places in Colorado and possibly in all of this great country. Clear Creek County; home of the first gold discovery!

From Adams County to Weld County - every one of the 64 counties of Colorado is a great place for discovery, adventure and maybe even to find the place you’ll want to call your forever home!

Of the 6,678 sweetheart homes available this past January in Adams County, people fell in love and closed their purchase on 4,123 of them. Whether you consider this a buyer’s market or a seller's market, it looks like a whirlwind romance on both sides with the average Days on Market sitting at 54.

Sellers can find lots to love about the $493,670 average sale prices in January, which reflect good equity gains year over year. But buyers, too, are head over heels with the affordability factors, like low mortgage interest rates, even with the slight uptick from last January’s $474,030 average sale price.

Outdoor enthusiasts will create warm memories of mountain climbing, cave spelunking, and we hardly need to bring up the world-class skiing at the many outstanding ski resorts available from Aspen to Winter Park and all the wonderful opportunities in-between.

Antique enthusiasts and Flea Market junkies will not be disappointed!

Quaint pubs tucked away offering everything from extraordinary cuisine to good old American hamburgers await discovery around every corner.

Walk along the same streets and sleep in the hotel hideaways of long ago gunslingers, and experience the history of Colorado’s legendary lawmen as you explore the bike trails, walking paths and beautiful National Forests and Parks.

From ice-cold mountain lakes to healing hot springs - there’s something for everyone to fall in love with! The question isn’t what does Colorado have to offer, the real question is, why wouldn’t you want to live in Colorado?
